Service Description

This is not a coaching session. It is not a strategy call. It is a diagnostic conversation designed to give you a documented picture of where hidden organizational strain is present and what it means for the health and continuity of what you have built. The Leadership Clarity Consultation is a structured one-hour engagement with Kingdom Planning founder Josh Updegraff. Before the call you will complete the Founder Dependency Audit self-assessment instrument, which measures your organization's dependency profile across five dimensions: decision architecture, relational capital, institutional knowledge, cultural authority, and succession readiness. During the consultation Josh will walk through your Dependency Profile with you, name the specific patterns present in your results, identify where those patterns are likely reinforcing each other, and help you understand what a thoughtful path forward looks like for your organization at this stage. What you will leave with is not a to-do list. It is an honest, informed picture of where your organization is most reliant on your personal presence and what that means for its long-term health and resilience. This consultation is the appropriate next step for leaders who have completed one or more of the Hidden Strain Diagnostic Series tools and are ready for outside perspective, and for leaders who already sense the strain is significant enough to warrant a direct conversation without working through the self-guided products first.
